Weight loss

I’m in my late forties. Since I can remember, weight was an issue for me. I was struggling to fit into tight clothes, I felt uncomfortable with the way I look and was laughed at by other children while in grade school.  I grew up feeling that my body was limited in movement.  Other children, and later on in life, other people, couldn’t see beyond that extra layer of fat.

Throughout the years I would constantly try different methods to lose weight. Often I decided to exercise, run, swim and diet, I would lose some weight, be very happy about it, and gain the weight back in few weeks or months. It seemed that there was nothing I could do to keep me from gaining the weight back.

Few years ago I took a program in a life transformation Academy called Healaura, and funnily enough that type of training helped me to perform that inherent change that I was longing for.

Within less than a year I lost 100 pounds, which was a third of my weight. The amazing part is that this time the weight loss was effortless and happened without me intending to lose weight. The constant day to day struggle that accompanied all my past attempts to lose weight was not present this time. And today after two years there is no sign of me gaining the weight back.

It is so strong that I feel like a new person. I feel younger, more mobile, vibrant and alive. I sleep less and I am so much happier. I feel free with my body and spirit and it feels great.  And since I spend much less money on food I can now eat mainly organic food which makes me feel even better.

So if you are dealing with weight issues, I truly and strongly recommend that you invest your time and effort in that process.

Since I was a teenager, I was always in a “yoyo pattern” loosing a bit of weight in summer and gaining all the weight lost and even more during the winter. I tried different diets which were hard to follow and as a consequence of feeling either tired, angry, very short nerves and frustrated as I was gaining all the weight faster than I lost them. The diets were not balanced and could be in a long term dangerous as I could have a lack of vitamins or minerals, proteins…

Since I have been learning how to balance, maintain, use my aura in life, the yoyo pattern belongs to the past:  Before each meal and even snack I will ask my aura what food my body needs to be healthy. I have lost less than 3 months the 5 kg that I was never being able to lose and my weight remained the same in an easy and nice way!
